I stayed for a couple of nights. This hotel provides a great location, conveniently near the town. I found unrestricted street parking, very helpful. The room included a fridge and breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

larry was a cute host. he ensured my early arrival was accommodated. the location was superb and parking was easy.
i stayed two nights. the bed was quite uncomfortable. the mattress definitely needs replacing. the entire place seems dated and requires tlc.

unhygienic dogsbedding change
I was quite frustrated with a couple of things . the free-roaming dogs during breakfast were off-putting, as they begged for food at the tables. It felt unhygienic. also, i found the lack of attention to the bedding change quite annoying. It was a bit flustering to see him change bedding in front of us.

The host, larry, was quite helpful and very friendly. breakfast offered a lovely selection, and the free parking was definitely a benefit. I could easily walk to the beach, only about 100 yards away! the family room was a good size, and i found the fridge to be a real bonus.
i thought the walls seemed a little thin, i noticed noise at night when the tv was on next door.
