WOW! My Stay Was Amazing

I must say, the room was super clean and I even find a fridge inside. A safe also was available, which I did use! The beds seemed like sleeping on clouds, so comfortable. The big bathroom was amazing with tea and coffee available.
Just one minor thing, the bus stop felt a little far for me. I would have love that to be closer to the hotel.

The staff was helpful and cute at check-in. i received a room upgrade because of my ihg membership. This let me check in early and check out late. a staff member gave very helpful directions to the bus stop. the room was modern and clean.
The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities. This was an inconvenience. there was no complimentary bottled water in the room either. i found this surprising for the price.

The room was spacious, offering comfortable beds for a restful night. thick walls also ensured i didn't hear any disturbances from neighboring rooms or outside. i found the location to be quite safe. I felt secure walking around at night.
some staff did not show much politeness. during breakfast, a staff member spoke loudly to me for sitting at a table. she had not cleared away yet.

my standard queen room included a large television providing entertainment, the bed was indeed very comfortable, great for restful sleep. the room's temperature was easily adjustable, with the heating system working perfectly, maintaining a cozy atmosphere.

The room faced the harbor, and the view of the boats was quite charming. The hotel provided ample parking in the basement for a reasonable fee. Staff members were friendly , and their smiles were always welcome.

The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the convenient speaker. The view of the canal from the room added to the experience. The staff addressed any questions quickly.
