convenient stay near leidseplein
convenient location fast check-in helpful worker water station
the location is very convenient , about a 3-minute walk to leidseplein. i found it easy to access bars and restaurants. the check-in process was fast and i liked the water-filling station near the entrance. the lobby worker was also helpful when i needed something.
the entrance has steep stairs , so it was a bit hard carrying my luggage up those stairs.

the staff provided prompt assistance and were helpful with directions . check-in and check-out were handled quickly and efficiently. the staff ensured a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to departure.

there were several options for breakfast , which allowed guests to choose according to their preferences. the food quality was good and there was enough variety to satisfy different tastes. the breakfast setup provided a positive start to the day.

the hotel had a functional water-filling station, offering guests a convenient way to refill their water bottles. the location was excellent , placing the hotel close to transportation and restaurants. overall , the facilities added convenience to my stay.

mould stained bedding
the staff were really helpful especially sophia.
the room was very compact and i felt it could've been laid out better for more space. the shower had bits of mould. some of the bedding and the carpet had stains.

The location was convenient. It was easy to walk to Vondelpark. I found it simple to reach the central area by walking. There were also many nearby restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom facilities were great.
The room felt compact. I think it could have been laid out better for more space. The shower had a bit of mould. Some of the bedding had stains. The breakfast was disappointing.
