The room decor was great. The bed was comfortable. Facilities met all needs. I look forward to returning during warmer months to fully appreciate the sea views and patio. The Norfolk countryside provided fine views.
The bedroom doors to the verandah had a noticeable gap.

Breakfast included fresh fruit, bread, and croissants, regularly replenished daily. A cooked breakfast was available, delivered hot to the room. The mini fridge held milk, butter, and fresh orange juice.

The location offered many lovely local walks and an excellent choice of pubs. Its setting is perfect for exploring the wider region. Peddars Way is located nearby for pleasant walks.

The bathroom included both a bath and a separate shower. Heated flooring added to the comfort. Bathrobes and toiletries were provided in the spacious bathroom.

The location gave easy access to all favourite places. The gardens are spacious and provide distant views over the sea. Breakfast options included plenty of cereal choice croissants and bread. Our dog loved it too.
The hand wash soap dispenser was almost empty on arrival. The shower leaked onto the shower room floor i needed to mop up after each shower
