clean room relevant facilities friendly staff

The room was clean. It offered relevant amenities. I especially liked the nearby location. The staff members were friendly.

I noticed a slight noise from people upstairs.

noisy upstairs dirty shower

okay, the noise. i heard every footstep from upstairs and next door, it was like they were having a dance party. also, i found the shower and taps looking less than sparkling. the coffee and milk in the room expired ages ago. great.

neat stay near the sea

the room was very clean and tidy it met my first requirement when staying away. the bed was comfortable and did the job for the one night stay. the location involved a short walk from the seafront.

family room PROVED ideal

family room double bed adventure park

i MADE a mistake thinking an apartment but, just a family room, it was spacious, i found a double bed, bunk beds, a shower, toilet, and a tv was on the wall. I was only 15 mins WALK to main beach and high street and 30 mins from joyland adventure park. 2 piers HAS entertainment and an indoor crazy golf over 2 floors and themed.

we could not find a family room so had to pay EXTRA as apparently they had a family room but it WAS not on the web site. Not worth £120 a night.

the BEACH and promenade are located perfectly. Britannia pier IS a short walk, offering entertainment and great views of the sea. You HAVE easy access to local attractions.

off-street parking IS available right in front of the hotel, so we had a convenient place to park our vehicle. i APPRECIATED the good Wi-Fi zone, which allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The HOSTS were lovely.

Excellent Stay Close to the Beach

really good hospitality convenient location

The room was impeccably clean I appreciated this. The staff demonstrated really good hospitality. I found the location convenient near the beach and local attractions. The provided water and snacks were a welcome addition to the room.

Though the hotel does not provide breakfast there is a very nice cafe nearby serving food. The Beach Hut down the road offers reasonably priced meals I had a lovely time eating there. Kensington Hotel has non fried food for breakfast too.

The hotel is situated a short walk from the beach and promenade I liked it. Britannia Pier is under 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located outside the worst noise from all the entertainment.
