my experience included some problems. The bathroom lighting DIDN'T work properly. the plug for the washbasin didn't fit so it was kinda useless. The room overlooked a car park, this added some noise pollution.

The room was very good. It was nice and neat. The breakfast was also excellent. It was enough to keep me going for most of the day. Staff here are excellent also, with great communication skills to visitors.
Various small things in our room needed improvement. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet seat was old. It was also very stained. The bedside lamp didn't work.
