limited toilet roll inadequate cooling

The lack of attention to basic amenities was evident. I found only one small toilet roll, and it was insufficient. The air conditioning switched off automatically when I left my Beautiful Studio, waiting hours for the room to cool upon my return. This is unacceptable for a hotel room at this price point.

central location easy check-in limited selection damaged item

the central location worked well. i found the easy check-in procedure very convenient. my room was ready upon my arrival. there was no waiting, everything else was smooth.

the breakfast selection was quite limited. i noticed it lacked many healthy options compared to other hotels. i also found a lot of things in the bathroom were damaged. many items were loose.

The room had cooking facilities. I found an iron and ironing board also. The room was super clean and cozy. The bathroom was clean and modern.

The light was insufficient. There wasn't a switch near the bed.

my room included a kitchenette equipped with essentials. the air conditioning worked effectively, a great benefit. the bar had good prices and a menu with variety.

the wifi was quite poor and mostly didn't work.

poor sound insulation ineffective curtains

the ROOM was spacious and clean.

The room lacked sufficient sound insulation. Noise from nearby bars was VERY disruptive. a streetlight shone directly into our windows, and the curtains did NOT block the light effectively. the bed felt overly soft and old.

central location polite staff clean room bad coffee kitchen issue holes in linen

i stayed in the studio apartment and it was so clean. the location was fab, very central to everything so getting around was easy i thought. the staff was really polite and helpful, i liked it!

the coffee wasn't very good at all, a big disappointment. the warm kitchen wasn't workin one day, because there were issues, so i didn't have many options. some parts of the bed linnen had holes in them, not good
