the staff were friendly at main reception. the room was a great size. the gym was a pleasant addition. i could get a workout in at the same time as staying.
the room was quite dirty, and there was blood on our bedding. the bathroom floor area was quite grotty, we were given a small goodwill.

the location is good. shops are close by. the hotel is close to motorway. it is easy to find and accessible from major routes, simplifying travel arrangements, so we loved the accessibility.

ovi the chef was helpful and offered lovely food. paul always gave excellent service. service throughout was excellent, which ensured a smooth and pleasant stay. i also valued the prompt issue resolution.

The bathroom size was good.
The room was far from my expectations. The carpet was old and stained. I didn't even want to remove my shoes. The bed seemed like sleeping on a rock, and the pillows were thin.

I found the room to be quite disappointing. the furniture was dated and rather basic. i noticed stains on the carpets and chairs. The bed squeaked loudly even with minimal movement. this fell short of the standard i anticipate given the reputation.
