The staff was friendly and helpful. the grounds were well-kept. The building looked nice. the bed was comfortable. Arriving early i appreciated that one of the rooms was ready. it made for a relaxing start.

The bathroom had a sign. It suggested running the tap for ten minutes to get hot water. this seemed like a waste, and the water was only lukewarm. i hope they address this issue.

The hotel grounds were amazing and very clean. The building maintenance was nicely done. I appreciated the quiet location near Stadium MK and the ample free car parking. Staff hospitality stood out for being amazingly polite and accommodating.

the room itself was large and relatively quiet .

the restaurant was not open i was told this only upon arrival which messed up my dinner plans also the cooked breakfast i paid for was not available i was stuck with a minimal continental option the coffee machine was off too so getting a decent start to the day was difficult.
