Wonderful Riverside Stay
great choiceexcellent staff
the breakfast had loads of choices. i really liked that the staff were uniformly excellent. i found the location quiet, yet it was an easy walk into the city centre..
I found the room very clean and well equipped. i had a superior room facing the river. The view was fine. breakfast had many choices and was very tasty.
my room was in a separate building. the pvc front door and proximity to residential gardens were not ideal. the fish and chips i ordered were expensive and some chips were hard and cold. i was given an apology, but no further compensation.

the bar staff did not seem very friendly. the window overlooked the river, but the room was quite small. there were no staff in sight when we returned at 10.30pm and no drinks available.
