Some rooms offer a seating area. Superior Double Rooms have a large flat screen TV and an iPod docking station. Family Rooms with a double bed and one single bed are located on the first floor and accessible by lift. Family Rooms with a double bed and two single beds are on the third floor and served by the lift. Superior Family Rooms are located on the third floor, but not directly served by the lift, and feature blackout drapes or curtains, Freeview television channels, tea and coffee maker, DVD player, and a bathroom with shower and bath. Each room has a private bathroom. Cots are available.

convenient location, some minor issues

The location was excellent, only a short walk from the train station and local shops. the breakfast had good options. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast that was available.
The room felt a little tired. It could benefit from some updating. i noticed some maintenance issues such as the noisy bathroom fan and a shower door that didn't close properly.

The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items. A cooked breakfast was available along with toast options. the restaurant was clean and presentable, i found the comprehensive selection well-prepared, though there could have been more variety.

The location was great, near the train station and the retail park. The staff were lovely. They could not have been nicer. I was given a spacious single room, which I appreciated. Breakfast was nice.
The TV was not tuned to any channels, and I could not tune it in myself. An electrical socket was unsecured with a loose faceplate and back box. The sink was oddly located in the bedroom, not the bathroom. It was impossible to fill the kettle under the sink tap, I couldn't fit it.
