Sue, the staff was an absolute gem! I booked the last available room last minute, so she met me on arrival and explained my room was tiny. She moved me the following day when a better room became available, I just left everything packed, and they moved it! This place is really dog-friendly, and it has bowls, towels, and mats.
The shower had very low water pressure! I only managed to have one hot shower . It seems that showering at odd times is best, or I risked having a cold one.

the shower pressure was slightly lower than i prefer it was still functional but could be improved.

the shower in my room was quite small. the water temperature was unpredictable, it would go from hot to cold without warning. the soundproofing was poor, and i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

The shower had seriously low pressure, I barely got wet. someone came into the room every day to straighten things up and empty the bin. I did not like that. I prefer my own space for multiple days.

The staff was friendly. i appreciated that the rooms were meticulously clean, and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was quite lovely with various options, including a tasty traditional british breakfast. Everything was excellent for a peaceful stay.
the available parking spaces are limited, which can be a bit inconvenient if arriving late.

The breakfast had good options. The coffee tasted lovely. The room decor was beautiful. The bedding was very nice. I found the room spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee, and water were available. A fan was in the room. I appreciated it. The location is great near shops and restaurants. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. I was lucky enough to get a space in the limited parking available. The ladies who help with the breakfast service were very hard working. I found the bed very comfy. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was freshly prepared.
