the room was really clean and quiet i liked that late check in was available and staff were helpful and kind they provided assistance as needed the location and the view from the eating area. i found the staff attentive and polite.
the lack of air conditioning was a slight concern the single radiator near the door wasn't working

The room lacked adequate heating. The radiator didn't work, and the only provided device blew cold air. I found this unacceptable. the toilet paper was thin and low quality. I feel that these basic amenities should meet a reasonable standard. My expectations were not met.

the staff was attentive and friendly. the sea view from my room offered a fine panorama. i found the bed comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. the location was superb with the bar close by.
I noticed the soundproofing between rooms could use improvement, as i could hear conversations next door. I found this a small distraction.

i found the location right on the seafront very convenient. the staff members were cute and helpful, a quality i admire.
the mattress was uncomfortable so i did not get a good night's sleep. the room was too hot, and there was no air conditioning available to regulate the temperature. a standing tower fan was provided. it was too noisy for nighttime use.

i stayed in a super clean room for a few nights the walk in shower met my needs perfectly the staff were polite and attentive when a blackout affected buildings on the prom staff reacted quickly with lamps for tables the evening staff offered reassurance while looking after guests

The dining room was beautiful and super clean I found the bar area provided a lovely open aspect. Staff were very cute I thought they were helpful and professional. The restaurant service was very good even though some of the staff seemed young I found them capable.
The hotel's age showed slightly I could hear some noise due to thin walls.
