i found the staff quite friendly. the room and bathroom were very clean. breakfast was amazing. it is a perfect place in the heart of the centre, very close to shops, bars and other restaurants.
i felt the room was smaller than i expected with a tiny window. the smell from the kitchens wafted up to the room in the evening. i was also awoken during the night each time the people in the room next door flushed the loo.
