Check-in was very easy. I was also happy that the room had a big, massive bed. The staff were friendly, and I was able to find allergy information on their app.

The cleanliness could be better. I noticed several big stain on the bedsheets. They also did not replace them when I asked, but did offer two pints.

The location was great, very close to the lake. I appreciated the free parking, allowing me to explore the area without added stress. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They always had a smile. Breakfast each morning offered so much choice, it really set me up well for the day.

The pathway up to the hotel entrance was not lit well at night.

The room was a good size, well-kept, and very clean, offering great sleep quality over multiple nights. Furnishings seemed new with comprehensive lighting, though some minor details were unfinished. The beds were comfortable. The room had a kettle for tea.
