The room was tastefully decorated, i found it perfect. the bathroom reminded me of new and housekeeping cleaned each day. I felt so cared for. the key system for both the front door and my room was very convenient, i liked that a lot. staff at the sister hotel next door were very helpful.
the hotel markets itself as "luxury accommodation" but the tea and coffee supply felt paltry, i thought. there were only nescafé sachets and little plastic pots of milk, i wasn't impressed. there weren't even any other options such as mint or fruit teas, or even decaffeinated tea

this place has an excellent position, the bus station is just around the corner. the proximity provided simple access to regional transportation, the journey was straightforward. it was helpful for exploring without needing a car.

friendly staff greeted me upon arrival, i was touched by their warmth. they were clean and maintained a comfortable room, i felt at ease. i really appreciated the thoughtful touches .

The room was super clean and modern. The staff member who checked me in was informative. A big flat screen TV in my room was great (especially for late-night movies!) and the bed provided a great night's sleep.
The tea and coffee supply was minimal with Nescafé sachets and little plastic pots of milk.

the room was large and modern, with a seating area. a terrace faced loughrigg, a good place to enjoy the sunset (. parking was very close, and the location was near the town center.
the tea and coffee supply was basic, nescafé sachets and plastic pots of milk. there were only pg tips teabags available and no other options. also, the room did not have a mini fridge to keep items cold.
