Lee was very helpful, that was great. Check in went straightforward and our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had many options. I tried traditional full english. Food at evening was also excellent. I had no problems with car parking space. It was a big bonus.

Live music created excessive noise one night. The soundproofing needs improvement for external music sources. I did find this disturbance quite disappointing because it impacted my sleep.

Private parking is available at a reasonable price, which really helped. There is a well-kept bar area within the premises. It had a great ambience. The hotel provides easy access with a straightforward check-in process.

The staff were helpful from arrival to departure. They made everything seamless! the room was freshly renovated and comfortable. the breakfast was really good and offered great value for the money. the location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions.

The bar got a bit noisy on saturday night. I could hear the music slightly from my room.

The staff helped me find parking. It cost £5. the room was modern. it had a rainfall shower, which i liked. the bed allowed me to have one of the nicest sleeps i've had in a while. the view of the bay is excellent. the windows open wide and let in the sounds of waves.

The check-in host wasn't very cute. the curtains were ill-fitted and hung off the track. the toilet seat wasn't secured. It was wobbly. there weren't enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging anything.

i discovered the window would not open in my room it was quite frustrating. the lack of ventilation made the room stuffy i felt very uncomfortable. i did expect better for the price i paid.
