central locationhelpful advicedamp smellunclean bathroom
the hotel is very central and near bus stops. the staff stored our luggage and provided useful advice. they moved my room to the back for a quieter environment. adriano and mo offered really good welcome and help.
the bathroom had a damp smell and felt unclean. i wiped the sink the shower head and found black residue. balcony doors did not open so airing the room was impossible. it is above a bar and i could hear noises till late.

mixed feelings about the stay

unhelpful receptionistroom cleanliness
The air conditioning did not work on the first night. The receptionist was unhelpful. he managed to turn it on, but it only blew warm air. i reported it again the second night, but nothing changed, and the receptionist became hostile when i asked about switching rooms, he said they were all booked. the overall cleanliness wasn't great, and some items listed weren't in the room.
