The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast included cereal, fruit, continental breads, and a good selection of fruit juices. Our Double Room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. The hospitality tray was appreciated!
I was told I would be contacted later regarding an issue. I never received a follow-up email. This oversight was disappointing.

The reception staff were very helpful. my room was clean and had everything i needed! i found luxurious towels and toiletries refreshed daily. That was useful. i also noticed the housekeeping team kept the hotel immaculately presented throughout.

the room size was smaller than expected. it felt cramped. the nespresso machine in the wardrobe also presented a challenge. the dimly lit wardrobe made it difficult to operate the machine. i found no instructions provided.
