hot water curfew crumbling rubber
i booked a room with a bathtub, but i didn't get one. also, there seemed to be a hot water curfew. there was no running hot water in our room until 6:30 am. the homemade biscuits in the room were nice, but the crumbling rubber from the seal on the kilner jar spoiled them.

Really good Hospitality and Great Food
excellent hospitality great food lovely staff
The food had a decent menu with many choices. The welcome was excellent and so was the hospitality. The bar had a great choice of ales and spirits. The staff are lovely and couldn't do enough to help.
I found the insulation from the room above poor and this meant we got little sleep. The experience was awful as drunk people were trying to get in my room. I sent an email complaint to the manager on the day of departure. I have still not had a response.

The room was larger than expected and the bed was really comfy. The bathroom was modern and featured a good pressure shower. I thought that the room was very clean and super spacious, leading to a comfortable stay.

The hotel has a central location near city attractions. This allows easy access to various points of interest. It is convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I found getting around very easy.

The restaurant serves a wide selection for breakfast and offers a great evening menu. Offers were available particularly at the start of the week, including Sunday evening through Wednesday. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals at the restaurant.

The building was so lovely, it has an excellent central location near a park. The breakfast was also lovely.
The staff seemed more interested in the bar, i reminded me of a bit of a nuisance.

the room was very spacious. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was warm, freshly cooked, and amazing!!!
the room i had only contained one hand towel and one bath towel, though it was intended for two people. i also noticed there were no tea bags available in the room, a minor inconvenience.

clean standard walk-in shower quality ingredients
i enjoyed my stay. the room was clean and of a good standard. i liked the walk-in shower (very practical!). the evening meal and breakfast were both very nice, showcasing quality ingredients.
the tea and coffee selection in the room was quite minimal.

The room was clean, tidy, and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. There was ample space in the bathroom since I was in a disabled room.
The location was a little walk from the station. My room was up several flights of stairs. I struggled with my luggage, it was difficult.
