hot water curfewcrumbling rubber
i booked a room with a bathtub, but i didn't get one. also, there seemed to be a hot water curfew. there was no running hot water in our room until 6:30 am. the homemade biscuits in the room were nice, but the crumbling rubber from the seal on the kilner jar spoiled them.

The food had a decent menu with many choices. The welcome was excellent and so was the hospitality. The bar had a great choice of ales and spirits. The staff are lovely and couldn't do enough to help.
I found the insulation from the room above poor and this meant we got little sleep. The experience was awful as drunk people were trying to get in my room. I sent an email complaint to the manager on the day of departure. I have still not had a response.

The room was larger than expected and the bed was really comfy. The bathroom was modern and featured a good pressure shower. I thought that the room was very clean and super spacious, leading to a comfortable stay.

The location was a little walk from the station. My room was up several flights of stairs. I struggled with my luggage, it was difficult.
