the toilet handle was hanging off the toilet. i also noticed the tiles in the shower were lifting, so water was gathering under them.

I stayed in the Loft Suite. The double shower featured a generous space alongside a double sink, a true luxury. I found fresh croissants and a serviceable coffee machine available, providing enjoyable flat whites and spiced lattes. Rajaa was friendly. Her presence.
The television seemed quite old, its remote possessing a strange mind of its own. The volume increased on its own.
