fantastic city stay
clean apartmentearly check-inspacious apartment
the apartment was clean and ready early at 1.00pm for check in which was convenient. shopping and piccadilly station access were both easy from the location. the two bedroom apartment provided generous space and a pleasing layout.
the tv in the lounge had a poor signal, and the bedroom tv would not switch on, possibly due to dead batteries in the remote control. i reported these issues, but no one came to address them.

the apartment includes decent storage for clothes and fresh, clean rooms. shower pressure was consistently good and the toiletries in the bathroom met my needs. windows can be opened, a nice feature.

the location was great.
this meant i had to go to reception to speak with the staff on arrival. the apartment was nice enough, but there was rubbish from the previous person sticking out under the couch. It wasn't immaculate.

the staff at the reception were really helpful with directions to local attractions. the cleanliness of the studio apartment was excellent, and i liked the provided toiletries. i also appreciated the convenient location, close to public transportation (it made exploring so easy).
the gym equipment showed slight signs of wear and tear.

The studio apartment included a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances. the bed was comfortable and the linens were of high quality. I slept really well. blackout curtains ensured minimal light intrusion, so (i could sleep in).

there's a coffee machine and hot chocolate available in the foyer free of charge. while the hotel does not have a restaurant, it is close to many dining options. several cafes and restaurants are within a short walk from the premises.

the reception team was very friendly and proactive, assisting me with my check-in process. the cleaning staff maintained the apartment to a high standard. the 24-hour reception provided a sense of security.

the fitness center includes treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the premises. there is also secure access to the apartments, so i felt safe.

The location was quite convenient for getting around the city.
The cleanliness was not great the bathroom floor had noticeable dirt. I found rubbish from the previous guest under the couch and that bothered me. The process for parking was confusing I received no prior information.

the staff offered assistance with parking arrangements on arrival which i appreciated. the reception team displayed kindness and were always eager to help throughout my stay. the parking access was convenient and near the hotel entrance.
i noticed that one bathroom fan did not work and lacked window ventilation. a plug socket was also loose which affected its usability. i found these issues .
