I stayed in a Beautiful King Room. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. The multistorey car park was next door and very useful. Staff are friendly, so service is excellent.

i found the hotel staff very cute and helpful they promptly assisted with luggage i also appreciated the helpfulness shown to guests with disabilities the location was convenient with easy access to shops and eateries i particularly enjoyed the steak and ale pie at the restaurant it was fabulous the salmon main course was delicious and perfectly cooked
i noticed that none of the plug sockets include usb slots this is a slight inconvenience considering the standards of the hotel it would be a useful addition for modern travellers needing to charge devices

my superior double room featured a large bathroom with both a separate shower and a bath the bed was very comfortable and clean housekeeping ensured fresh towels and bedding were offered daily if needed the complimentary water was a nice touch.

the restaurant service was excellent with prompt and attentive staff i saw staff members being very helpful to people with disabilities which was commendable the check-in was smooth and fast thanks to a lady with curly blonde hair.

the hotel provides convenient access to a nearby ncp car park i found the decor throughout the hotel to be stylish and relaxing the restaurant provides a great dining experience with varied menu choices the room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.

A GREAT experience

the room was spacious. i was happy about the good outdoor area for a al fresco drink. the hotel's location is great. it has a nice and spacious room.
the SMALL and basic rooms disappointed me. i noticed the towels smelt like they had been washed near the kitchen, like a chipan scent. i think a hand-wash at the sink in the bathroom would be a good addition.
