The price i paid felt reasonable. the staff were friendly. they were always happy to help. the rooms had a modern design. everything felt very fresh. it was well kept too! i liked the contemporary style. I found the space comfortable. this hotel seems like a good option if you want a clean, modern room. it is nice without being too expensive. i would return. i will recommend it to others.
i noticed a slight problem with the external company managing the car park! despite having a valid parking ticket and registering my car at reception. i still received a fine of £60.00. the company claimed the paper ticket was incorrect. i hope the hotel can improve this process in the future.

the hotel is close to the bury tramline. this made it easy to get to the city center! the tram ride takes about twenty minutes. it also takes thirty minutes to bury, where there is a free art gallery.

Great Hotel Near Public Transit!

I found the tram station only a short walk away from the hotel. This made getting around the city easy. The room was very clean upon arrival. I appreciated the fresh decor. The hotel provided car parking directly outside the building.
The bed was a little too firm for my liking.

The lobby offered a spacious area with televisions. Complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were available throughout the day. A shopping center was conveniently located just ten minutes from the hotel. There is much to do and see!

the room was clean everything felt new the bed was comfortable i found the staff to be helpful with directions to local spots. breakfast had a decent selection of items including pastries fruit and hot dishes i appreciated the variety. parking was available on site for a fee i found this convenient since i had a rental car. the hotel is close to a tram stop making it easy to get around the city center without a car.
i noticed the water pressure in the shower was a little weak making it slightly difficult to rinse thoroughly.

I found a couple of things quite frustrating. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Guests had to go downstairs for that. The air conditioning also didn't seem to work properly (I swear, it was set to 24°C, but the room stayed cold).

The staff was kind and helpful during my entire stay. The evening food and breakfast were both excellent. I especially enjoyed the variety. I found my room lovely and very quiet,. It was super clean, and I appreciated that.
There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, so I had to go downstairs for hot drinks, a little inconvenient.
