AMAZING apartment stay!

The location WAS superb, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was fabulous. It had everything we needed. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi was superb. WE loved every minute, already planning a return trip!
I noticed some slight wear and tear. The jacuzzi WASN'T working, this was disappointing.

Our three-bedroom apartment featured a spacious living area with a large table suitable for a family. It had a well-equipped kitchen. There were two modern bathrooms with showers, REALLY convenient. Each bedroom had comfortable beds. fresh towels were provided.

The location was lovely! The apartment had a washer and dryer. This was so convenient for refreshing our clothes after our travels. The separate bedroom had very clean bedding and another TV, nice!

The apartment felt spacious and clean. i particularly appreciated finding everything readily available, from bedrooms to bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen. the staff were wonderful. Their attentiveness elevated our stay, they were really good too assist us, i can't thank them enough. the hotel's convenient location near the gardens was also a big plus.
the sockets in the living room were a bit scarce! it was a very minor inconvenience, though.

I liked that the location was great. it was very convienient. the reception staff seemed very friendly and informative. our two bedroom apartment was nice. It had everything i needed.
the cleaner was nice and keen, but i do question whether she had been trained very well. there was nowhere to store clothes except a clothes rail. nowhere for underwear or trousers, etc. the floor looked like still covered in bits or crumbs or sand even after housekeeping came round.

the pool was a plus , especially for the children.
my payment had a mix-up , and it took a while to sort it out. the furniture seemed a bit threadbare, which I found disappointing. SOME of the duvets even had holes , which wasn't ideal.
