helpful staff clean room great location
The hotel staff were AMAZING, always ready to help. I found the twin room very clean. The location IS fantastic, near shops and attractions.
Finding a free parking space WAS a LITTLE tricky due to limited spots.

excellent location new bathroom dated decor internet access
the location was excellent. it was right in the middle of the main street (lord street).
i found the hotel dated in terms of decor. i think in-room internet access should just be a standard these days. i could also hear some noise from nearby bars.

The staff were very helpful. They had a singer on friday and a disco on saturday. this created plenty of entertainment for any age, and people were friendly. lots of pubs are nearby, and there are many shops along lord street.
