helpful staff fresh juices small room fan use
The staff were helpful. The breakfast had loads of choices, including fresh juices. I would stay here again.
The room was small. I opened the window and it couldn't be opened much more than 3 inches. I had to sleep with the fan on, that wasn't the best.

clean room full control lovely staff helpful manager
the room was clean. i had full control of the radiators, so it was warm. the staff was lovely. the manager was helpful and made sure my room was on the lowest floor, since there is no lift.
The bathroom smelled slightly of fried food. I think it's connected to the kitchen fan

The hotel had live music. it has a bar with various choices of beverages and cocktails. The cocktail specials were great. the hotel is dog friendly, and the staff offers water and treats to dogs.

the location was central. the inn is close to many shops and restaurants. many attractions are accessible from this spot, though the parking was expensive!

the breakfast had an excellent choice. there are many variations to choose from. the inn offers sausage for dogs during breakfast. the inn had good evening meals, though some may find the food average.

The staff was professional. the customer service was excellent. i ended up staying an extra night. I enjoyed it that much. the manager on shift was really helpful, but it can take a few minutes at check-in.

the staff was helpful, attentive, charming, friendly, and cheerful. the room featured a very nice bed and a well-equipped bathroom. breakfast was good. i received a free pint because i opted out of room service.

The inn is situated right in the centre. This made it easy to explore nearby shops. good well-priced parking was available just a short walk away. the location was convenient for exploring the area.
