Bodysgallen Hall has 31 rooms and suites. 15 are in the main house, and 16 are cottages in the grounds. The Principal Suites in the main Hall-Mostyn, Vaughan, Conwy, and Lady Augusta-feature king-size beds (Vaughan Suite has a queen-size four-poster), ensuite bathrooms, and sitting rooms with views of the gardens and parkland. Main house bedrooms offer queen or king-size beds and a Nespresso machine. Hall Cottages surround a courtyard garden. Spa Cottages, adapted from farm buildings, have parkland views and are near the Bodysgallen Spa. The Dairy cottage provides parking nearby and has a bathroom adapted for guests with disabilities. Studio Spa Cottages, like the Engine Room and Castle View, include a king-size bed and kitchenette; Castle View offers views of Deganwy Castle ruins.
Dining Experience
The Dining Room, awarded 3 AA Rosettes and overseen by Head Chef Abdalla El Shershaby, features imaginative menus using local produce and organic fruits/vegetables grown on the estate. The menu includes starters such as sea scallops with compressed cucumber, ginger, and wasabi. Main courses feature local wild seabass with Tuscan vegetables and slow-cooked saddle of wild boar with roasted salsify. A Welsh Afternoon Tea includes finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, cakes, pastries, and teas. A full Welsh breakfast offers eggs, grilled bacon, local pork sausage, roasted vine tomatoes, sautéed field mushroom, and black/white pudding. Other options include grilled Loch Fyne kippers, poached haddock with poached egg, and smoked salmon with scrambled egg.
Leisure at Bodysgallen
The Bodysgallen Spa includes a swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, steam room, and Club Room. The gymnasium features cardio-vascular equipment and a Power Plate. Spa treatments use Aromatherapy Associates, Environ, CACI, Mii Nails, and 5D Gommage Facial products. Treatments include a Full Body Massage and a Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage using Swedish massage techniques. Themed Garden Tours provide insights into garden restoration. Excellent Wellness Break

I had a nice one-night spa break. The room was a well-kept, traditional, and secluded cottage that provided a perfect sleep. Special complements go to the bedding quality, unmatched compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Staff checked in on us to ask how our stay was going and they gave excellent recommendations for the local area.
Expensive. £1K for one dinner and a two-night stay. This cost is definitely something to consider for future visits. I hope the hotel can offer better value in the future.

I used the spa facilities and found them excellent. It had a good sized pool, a sauna, and a steam room. The loungers next to the pool were perfect for unwinding with a book!!!

This cottage was perfect! It suited our requirements perfectly. The stroll to the main building for both dinner and breakfast was short. The pool was very inviting as I had it all to myself (on multiple occasions). The gym offered options for all fitness levels.
I had to use the gents toilet while the receptionist stood guard. It was not an ideal situation for anyone involved.

Breakfast offered a varied selection of cereals, fruits, and pastries. Dinner included a three-course meal with options for vegetarian diets. Each course was beautifully presented and the service was attentive.

The location is quite convenient to explore nearby attractions. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. There are walking paths around the perimeter of the hotel.
