A Fine Place to Relax

I found the location easy to reach and it had a friendly environment. Staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. I enjoyed the comfort bed and I liked the garden view. Breakfast each morning featured fresh pastries and fruits. I believe there was a great coffee machine.

The bathroom had only limited counter space for personal items I brought.

The room was adequately sized, i had booked a 'superior double room'. The bathroom was lovely and the hotel supplied a generous amount of toiletries.

The car park felt a little small, though i did manage to find a space. The room lacked air conditioning, not ideal during the warmer weather.

a lovely experience

soft towels friendly staff thoughtful touches

the shower was indeed excellent.. it included fluffy, big soft towels, a detail i find very romantic. the staff were really friendly and helpful, showed us a parking space and opened the gates for us. i especially loved the thoughtful touches in the room.

Staff were cute and helpful during dinner for seven.

I booked a twin room expecting two single beds, but it was unavailable. I had to share a double bed. This wasn't what I wanted or expected, and it impacted my comfort. I found this quite frustrating.

convenient location spacious bathroom

the location was convenient because i walked to all attractions nearby. the room was a superior double room and had a spacious bathroom, it was modern.

i think the lift sometimes goes to the wrong floor.
