A Fine Place to Relax

I found the location easy to reach and it had a friendly environment. Staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. I enjoyed the comfort bed and I liked the garden view. Breakfast each morning featured fresh pastries and fruits. I believe there was a great coffee machine.
The bathroom had only limited counter space for personal items I brought.

The room overlooked a quiet garden. the location was near the city center, but the area still felt peaceful. i really appreciated the luxurious toiletries. the bed was supremely comfortable. I seemed like i slept on a cloud, but the view was amazing!
I found the plug in the wash basin did not drain water well. It made it unusable.

The room was adequately sized, i had booked a 'superior double room'. The bathroom was lovely and the hotel supplied a generous amount of toiletries.
The car park felt a little small, though i did manage to find a space. The room lacked air conditioning, not ideal during the warmer weather.

the shower was indeed excellent.. it included fluffy, big soft towels, a detail i find very romantic. the staff were really friendly and helpful, showed us a parking space and opened the gates for us. i especially loved the thoughtful touches in the room.

My room was pretty, clean, and included a fabulous patio. The garden rooms are really nice. the bathroom was great and well stocked with lovely shower gel. the room size was good and featured a very good sized bath.

the breakfast offered fresh ingredients and good quality teas and coffees, including fresh squeezed orange juice. breakfast choices were good, and everything tasted fresh. the excellent breakfast included multiple fresh ingredients.

the location proved very good because it was close to the centre of town. the hotel is in a very peaceful place near the city's points of interest. the hotel is near a park area and close to the castle.

I booked a twin room expecting two single beds, but it was unavailable. I had to share a double bed. This wasn't what I wanted or expected, and it impacted my comfort. I found this quite frustrating.

the bed was very comfortable and the bath was nice.
the plug in the wash basin did not drain. i told them about this issue, but i felt they dismissed my concern. i am disappointed staff did not seem aware of this problem.
