missing toilet papershort staffing
my visit was... underwhelming. the room refresh after the first night? non-existent. i even hung the little sign! and toilet paper vanished, i had to scavenge myself. apparently, short staffing is now a viable excuse for neglecting 'privilege room' guests. i guess the 'privilege' is paying more for less.

The staff provided a warm welcome. housekeeping was friendly and kept the rooms very clean. breakfast offered many food selections, including nuts, cereals, and cooked items. i especially liked the chef. He checked the food temperature and presentation.
i noticed some lights did not work. the sink plug did not work. the seal on the shower screen was loose. the toilet seat moved when you sat on it.

The restaurant had very nice evening food. I HIGHLY recommend it!!! my daughter is a fussy eater. restaurant staff were amazing with her. they ensured she was happy and content, a lot to us.
