lovely stay
helpful stafffriendly staffgreat welcomemusty smell
the staff were really helpful and friendly. we had a great welcome and enjoyed our visit. the hotel is excellent for wheelchair users and animal lovers (my dog felt very welcome). the breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
i noticed a musty smell on the stairs and in our room, not very pleasant.

The breakfast was great (especially the omelet station!). I liked the on-site spa with a sauna and steam room. The location offered convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel had a swimming pool, and I took advantage of it daily.

The breakfast was amazing (I particularly loved the variety!), and the staff were helpful. Daisy at reception offered great assistance with our dog. The room was spacious, quiet, and had quality bedding. Cary Park, perfect for dog walks, was just a short stroll away.
The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could sometimes hear noises from the neighboring rooms.
