The staff was friendly. The location was good. the views from the room met my expectations.
I was disappointed with the noise levels. there was a noisy family next door. I could hear everything through the walls. it made it difficult to relax.

The room lacked basic amenities. There was no internal telephone for contacting reception. the television was slow and small. furthermore, the cleanliness was not up to standard. I noticed cobwebs in the room, and the floor was never cleaned . the hotel is inconveniently located because it is difficult to access.
