The location was ideal for beach access. My room was spacious and included a table with chairs. I found ample parking available. The hotel's proximity to local amenities made exploring very easy.
The shower was quite small (even for just one person).

The breakfast selection offered many choices to start the day. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant (especially the fish and chips). The restaurant provided quick service with friendly staff.

the room i got wasn't great it was small even though i booked a superior king room marina view. i expected more space. the shower head was also really low it barely reached my shoulders. the room wasn't properly cleaned the first day that was really disappointing.

The location was excellent. it was right on the marina and an easy walk into town. Great restaurants were nearby. the breakfast chef was very friendly, and i was grateful he cooked breakfast so early. the hotel decor was also very nice.
the air conditioning worked to keep the room cool at night. but it was slightly noisy.

the hotel is easy to find, with ample parking close to the door. it is near the sea and the city center. swansea arena is only a short walk from the hotel.

The reception staff were professional and cheerful. the staff were always pleasant and helpful. I found them to be very friendly and the breakfast service was wonderful. they provided helpful information.

the staff were helpful from the front desk to the room cleaners. the location was good , near the sea and close to where i needed to be.
the room's heater wasn't working , but the bathroom light was continually flickering. the bedding was also not comfortable , which affected my sleep.
