Average Stay, but Some Issues

broken air conditioning inadequate solution

The reception area looked well-designed.

The air conditioning did not work properly. It was not just in my room. Staff claimed this was a hotel-wide issue for over a week. I found this out only after going to my room and discovering it was uncomfortably hot. A fan was the only solution.
