The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. The building had fantastic architectural details. It had a lot of charm. My room was clean and quiet. I would definitely come back.
I found NO hot water in the shower. The toilet seat was broken. The hotel seemed very run down and in need of some serious tlc.

i stayed in the standard double room and it was super clean the room had fresh towels and toiletries i used the complimentary tea and coffee facilities there were biscuits too the breakfast was great with a wide selection of hot and cold items available the staff were very attentive and helpful i felt welcome

some staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble! any food we ordered tasted good. the hotel itself was very charmingly vintage. facilities and accessories in my room were more than adequate.

The hotel stands right next to the pavilions. a car park space costs £7.50 for 24 hours. i had a view of the ferry from my room. It was quite enjoyable to watch it come and go throughout the day.
