free parking was available upon arrival the reception staff were friendly and cute the room provided everything i needed including comfortable space the location was quiet and breakfast offered a great selection of items. my room was clean with a well thought out design i liked the shelving and open storage i could quickly check to ensure i had left nothing behind. i found large fluffy towels and a beautifully clean bathroom the location was perfect for visiting tredegar house for an evening ballet performance. the staff were friendly and efficient. the room was spacious.

The staff at the reception was really helpful. the room had a comfortable bed and a separated toilet from the shower (which i found very convenient). car parking was free and ample. breakfast was included and well-stocked. I liked that there was a variety of options.
