Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
room size poor soundproofing
The location was central , which was convenient.
The room I received was smaller than expected, especially considering the price I paid. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms , a significant issue. The lack of proper soundproofing made it difficult to relax or sleep well , and this was a major disappointment. I also found that the room lacked some expected amenities.

my king room included a huge comfortable bed. complimentary water was provided and this was a nice gesture.

I found the reception staff helpful with directions. The room offered complimentary tea and coffee facilities which I used. There was an iron and ironing board available in the wardrobe. I had no problems connecting to the free WiFi service.
The bathroom lacked a shelf for toiletries near the sink, so there were space problems.

convenient central stay
helpful staff free access quality bedding dark room
i found the staff really helpful and polite. access to the pool and saunas was free, and i believe the gym too. the pillows and bedding were nice. the blackout curtains created a very dark room at night. the room safe was also FREE.
noise insulation IS poor. i could easily hear conversations through walls and external sounds. lift operation was inconsistent, with only one lift working at times.

the hotel benefits from a central location near shops and restaurants. this makes it easy to access nearby amenities and enjoy the surrounding area. victoria centre IS also easily accessible from here.
