the staff was lovely and very helpful. the entrance area gave a really good impression, especially the bar! the bed was big and comfortable, so i slept well.

the jacuzzi was not working, disappointing.

The staff displayed really good kindness and attentiveness, promptly addressing any inquiries i had. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast offerings. The variety and quality were excellent. the bed provided excellent comfort. I slept soundly each night. i also found the shower facilities modern and efficient.

the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

The breakfast was acceptable. It had a lot of choices.

The room was too hot. the air conditioning didn't work properly, it just blew out warm air. i had to open the window but then the street noise kept me awake. It was quite frustrating warm room, street noise

My room was super clean and cozy. The shower had excellent water pressure. This. The hotel gave me a ten percent meal discount upon arrival. The bar, lounge, and reception area decor seemed inviting.

I had to pay for parking at hotel.

acceptable stay but several issues

small room pool maintenance

the staff were helpful! they let us store our bike stuff so we could see the city before check-in.

the room was small for two people for 3 days. it was also very hot. the pool was not properly maintained. the wall in the bathroom was not in a very good condition.
