staff showed genuine warmth. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. i particularly enjoyed the restaurant and seating area called the lair the most. they projected the arsenal game, a nice touch.

the hotel has parking for only 20 cars. i found this both expensive and inadequate given the hotel's size.

Staff was friendly. I found vegan toiletries inside the room and thats acceptable.

The shower drain had a blockage, so water leaked under the shower seal. My bathroom was flooded. Reception wasn't very apologetic after I reported this at 5 p.m.

the hotel is a twelve minute walk from the city center. the room had great facilities. the aesthetics of the hotel were amazing. the interior is beautiful.

i had difficulty communicating with front reception staff. breakfast order to the room was wrong. the trays were not collected until late that night.

the room had quiet insulation despite being positioned towards the road it was clean and modern. the central position was very convenient. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the car park offered very good space per car.

i waited quite a while to check in there was a delay before i could park and bring my bags to my room. it took over an hour from arrival to room access.
