The staff seemed good. The room had a big window. The shower was a good temperature.
The aircon controls were locked, so I could not control the temperature of the room. The windows did not open, so I could not get any fresh air. The triple room was a small double bed and flip down single bed, crammed into a small space.

My room offered ample charging ports close to the beds. I found the breakfast options good. The heating worked great, particularly during the winter months. Staff promptly supplied extra towels when I asked.
The reception was a little difficult to find at first. It is just someone standing with a laptop.
