I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a swimming pool and sauna which I used. Breakfast had many options. The location was a short walk from the town centre.
Parking was difficult to find. A considerable area was used for seating outdoors.

Staff were attentive and responsive to requests. They provided a fan quickly when I asked. The team at the bar were friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed, even late at night.

The location is close to the beach and various restaurants. I found the breakfast to be excellent with a wide variety. The full English breakfast was particularly good and set me up for the day. The hotel also provides live entertainment near the reception area.
The corridors have a slight change in level. It could catch people out who aren't paying attention.

The bathroom felt really dated. The floor had some bad stains. the bed linen also had rips. i just felt that some attention to detail was really lacking, and it affected my overall impression.
