Fantastic Stay!
excellent locationearly check-incomfortable room
The location is excellent. It's very close to the tram stop. Early check-in was a HUGE plus because we were soaked. The room was super clean and cozy. I was very GRATEFUL for these aspects.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. They were available to answer any questions and provided assistance as needed. I appreciated their polite and cute attitude, it added greatly to the experience.

the bed was comfy and i liked the lighting. the hotel's location near the tram made getting around easy. parking nearby was cheap. the staff were friendly and helpful.
i found the shower lacking privacy, as it was in the room with a mirror.

the hotel is near public transport. a tram stop sits just outside. i walked to the venue in about twenty minutes. the railway station is also a short distance away.

the air conditioning in my room worked well. the hotel offers a breakfast for a reasonable price. i found the staff quickly resolved issues and they were very friendly. there is a tv in the room.

staff at check-in provided the card, no indication was made. when i had issues, the staff resolved them promptly. the staff felt friendly and helpful. they gave us another room after the initial issue.
