The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered basic food cooked on request. Breakfast was a basic continental (though seating was limited).

The room was quite small. The toilet was in a very confined space. I would describe it as a toilet in a cupboard. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

excellent location early check-in comfortable room

The location is excellent. It's very close to the tram stop. Early check-in was a HUGE plus because we were soaked. The room was very comfy and tidy. I was very GRATEFUL for these aspects.

the bed was comfy and i liked the lighting. the hotel's location near the tram made getting around easy. parking nearby was cheap. the staff were friendly and helpful.

i found the shower lacking privacy, as it was in the room with a mirror.
