Solid stay with a fantastic view

The location was amazing. It gave easy access to local attractions. My double room offered a sea view and included tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly, and I found the entertainment quite enjoyable each evening. The full English breakfast featured a nice selection of cereals and a cooked option.
The corridors had a slightly musty smell, but this did not affect my room.

The hotel's location provided great access to the pier and local shops. Bus stops were also conveniently located nearby. Access to the Great Orme was quick and easy.

The staff were always helpful and polite. They always answered my questions quickly. Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were friendly. (They are real professionals.)

The staff were very polite and attentive. I found the location offered convenient walking distance to the pier. The room had a nice view of the sea.
The room was small. I found no soap in the shower. I had issues getting extra pillows when needed.
