superb stay
spacious roomclean roomcool vibe
i stayed in a room that was spacious. it had a cooker, a washing machine, and a fridge. i didn't use these appliances, but they seemed decent. the room was super clean, and the overall vibe was very cool.
the bar facilities closed at 10:30 pm, this was rather inconvenient.

alfie and kieran were helpful at reception. they provided assistance with directions for food and drinks. mark, the manager, made an effort to accommodate my needs, arranged an earlier check-in after a long journey.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the city center and cultural hotspots. Our room offered an clean as new space and comprehensive amenities. Staff were helpful . The common area presented a cute atmosphere for relaxation.
Early morning music from the reception area was somewhat disruptive.

The gym provided three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The laundry room included several washing machines and dryers, ensuring guests have convenient access to these amenities, and the fast WiFi provided a reliable connection.

the location was acceptable. it was close to shops and restaurants.
The room was not well-lit. i found it difficult to apply makeup due to a lack of proper lighting and mirrors. additionally, the noise from the corridor was disruptive. The soundproofing was poor. i was woken up during the night.

The apartment had a superbly decorated space. the building features a very interesting industrial vibe. I admired the classy design. the bar in the atrium was great, and the staff recommended some wonderful danish whisky.
The room was very hot. I found it quite uncomfortable. a big old fashioned fan was provided, but it was noisy. opening the windows wasn't an option because of the central location and noise.

the reception operates 24 hours. the bar area, coffee house, and ample seating provide a nice space to relax. the studio felt great, it included a shared space to hang out and a basic well-stocked kitchen.
My room was noisy. the hotel responded that they cannot address the noise issue because they are in the city centre. they suggested adding a note to my account requesting a quiet room next time.
