amazing staff free parking good service missing sockets undercooked egg runny egg white

the STAFF were AMAZING. i found free parking very useful. breakfast service was smooth, I didn't feel rushed at all.

charming stay

grand decor friendly staff excellent transport

the hotel's architecture impressed me greatly. the friendly staff always provided helpful, professional service. the bus stop is right outside, a real bonus for exploring the surrounding areas (the £2 fare made it even better!).

the room's traditional furniture, though charming, might feel a bit dated to some visitors.

mixed feelings about my stay

rude barman no signal

The room was a good size and the en-suite bathroom was large.

I found the barman to be quite rude, and he seemed more interested in chatting with other people. I waited a long time to get served. the television in the room displayed a 'no signal' message, quite annoying.

comfortable beds ample space

The bus stop located right outside the grounds was helpful. This made accessing the town centre straightforward. Our twin room had comfortable beds and ample space. The bathroom was nice as well.

lovely staff modern bathroom clean bedroom old bed poor pillows warm room

i did love this hotel. staffs were lovely and they were helpful. the room was typical of grand victorian architecture and our bedroom was very comfy and tidy, it also had a modern bathroom. it was a short walk into town.

the bed were old. pillows werent very good. our room was warm, i do love a warm room but it lasted into the night. i could not control the heat and the phones were broke so i could not ask for help.

easy travel various drinks lounge areas

The location proved ideal. Bus stops near the building allowed easy travel to attractions. The bar served various drinks. The lounge areas were also suitable for relaxation.
