My room was very clean with a nice decor, and the tea and coffee tray was good. The parking facilities were convenient, being very close to the town centre shops, though the parking was expensive! I found the shower room good and spacious. The staff were friendly and cute.
I thought the breakfast could have included a wider variety of fresh fruit options, though it was good.

the automatically opening doors eased our arrival with luggage. roisin at reception welcomed us warmly and offered helpful guidance. the refurbished room was beautifully warm and had a very comfortable bed. background music in the restaurant added to the pleasant atmosphere complementing the delicious meals.
the floorboards did creak a little so i heard people walking by it made it a little difficult to sleep

the beautiful double room included soft towels and a rainfall shower enhancing the bathing experience. the tv offered netflix access for convenient entertainment. complimentary items included crisps biscuits hot chocolate and water.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness during breakfast services and the entire experience felt unobtrusive. the team including grace lauren pablo and anne were friendly and cute. vaibh offered excellent service during the evening meal.

ambers restaurant has lovely new interiors with comfy seating it was a friend's choice for tea. the staff were lovely and efficient too. the food was spot on for all meals with great flavour and cooked to perfection there.
the room was a bit cold during the night i didn't find a solution. the tv was far away from the bed because of the room's shape.

Superb Stay!

I found the staff supportive. They assisted my family a lot recently. The new restaurant has a fabulous look and feel. The food served there was excellent and enhanced the overall experience, it was amazing! Dan, Lauren, and Ella all worked together effectively.
I noticed a lack of air conditioning in the room, uncomfortable, especially during a heatwave. There also wasn't a convenient socket near the bed for charging my phone. Those things.
