The room was quite modern. It had a cosy feel to it. it was clean and quite spacious, i liked that very much! the location is great because it's right near fosse park and the m1. This is good if travelling. the room included free tea and coffee, also a kettle.
i must say that there was a small letdown, the decor needs an update with marks on walls.

The dinner in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! The staff offered excellent service at reception, in the bar, and the restaurant.
I noticed a very slight inconvenience. The parking had an additional charge that I did not expect.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the breakfast very much.. it had a good selection of food. the reservation staff extended my check out time. I really appreciated it.
The air conditioning in my room was noisy and difficult to adjust. i complained about this before eating in the restaurant, but i received no response before retiring for a disturbed night. i learned from reception at checkout that they could have turned the air conditioning off. They could have provided just essential ventilation every hour.

i noticed the air conditioning unit emitted a noticeable humming sound. it was a little distracting at night as i settled down for sleep.
