I found the staff offered a friendly welcome. My room was bright and clean with new amenities. Croissants and coffee were available in the morning, which i thought was a nice touch. Parking was secure, costing £10 per night.

The parking was secure at a rate of £10 per night. my room included a functional kitchenette, a nice bonus . the location proved convenient. It was close to the city centre.
the duvet provided was quite thin. i found the pillows to be very firm, not ideal for a comfortable sleep. the free grab-and-go breakfast only included a plain croissant, not substantial enough.

The shower temperature was quite inconsistent. It swung wildly between scalding and freezing. I also noticed dust on some surfaces, perhaps housekeeping could be more thorough. Frankly, there was a strange smell in the room I couldn't quite place. It was a little off putting!!!

The room's air conditioning did not work properly it blew only hot air. I tried to contact reception about this but received no response. This resulted in a very uncomfortable and sleepless night as there were no windows to open for ventilation
