fantastic experience
central locationfriendly staffhidden cost
the location is central the staff are friendly and helpful. the room had amazing decor and great attention to detail was apparent. i enjoyed a very comfortable bed.
some extras in the room had a cost i found this a bit mean. i only found one tea bag in a room designed for two people. the bathroom offered very little privacy because it was only screened off.

Overpriced Stay with Disappointing Details

I was pretty frustrated. The room description promised soundproof walls. That was inaccurate because I heard slamming doors and people in the corridor. Street noise was constant even with closed windows. the rooftop bar wasn't exclusive. It felt more like a noisy, grubby student union.

The upgraded room was spacious, stocked with a mini bar plus tempting treats to purchase. the staff were helpful. They held our luggage after we checked out for continued exploration. a voucher provided a free drink at the bar alongside fifteen pounds credit for food. dinner was delicious as a result of this offer.
