satisfactory experience
lovely garden comfy bed card payment poor breakfast
my room had good size. there was a lovely garden and partial sea view. the bed was big and comfy. everything worked and the shower was decent. staff was friendly and helpful too.
i wasn't told on reception that he was taking a card payment for the room until the next morning. i wanted to pay cash and wasn't asked. breakfast quality was poor. especially the beans and mushrooms were not cooked well.

wonderful Stay
sea location comfortable bed accommodating staff
I appreciated the sea LOCATION and the easy access it provided. The bed was comfortable, a definite PLUS. i found the staff very accommodating. They really did go the extra mile. I used the parking, it's quite convenient.
I noted SOME stains by the toilet roll holder in the bathroom. They weren't cleaned even after i reported them.

The hotel restaurant features a varied menu, which includes both local and international cuisine, and i noted several vegetarian options. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. It has hot items, pastries, fruit and yogurt.

The hotel is close TO the seafront and several local attractions, and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The railway station is about fifteen minutes away, it made travel simple.

The hotel included a fitness center that features cardio machines and weights, i saw it, it looks good. There is a business center with computers and printers available FOR guests. Free newspapers are available in the lobby EVERY day.

The reception staff was friendly and efficient, they addressed all my queries promptly and showed PROFESSIONALISM. The housekeeping service was regular, they kept the room tidy and well-stocked with amenities, i appreciated this.

The room included a work desk, good FOR business travelers and a seating area to relax. A flat-screen television with cable channels was installed and there are tea and coffee making facilities provided in every room.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Amenities!

The breakfast had great variety, and everything tasted so fresh! The room was spacious and very clean. I was close to the Eurotunnel, so the location was really convenient for my travel plans. I'll definitely book here again.

The room was a decent size. I had A STANDARD room. The location was really convenient to get around the area. The staff was polite, SO that was appreciated.
The breakfast had a limited selection. I found it underwhelming. The room felt a bit dated, and some of the furniture showed wear. I WASN'T happy with the noise level at night. It made it hard to sleep.

Charming Stay Near the Sea
excellent location quick service free water tasty food
The location was excellent, right on the sea front. The staff offered quick and friendly service throughout my stay. I found free bottled water provided in the room, a very welcome addition. I enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant. The food was tasty and plentiful.
The soundproofing could be improved. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.
